When I register a domain name who owns it?	You. All domains that we register are registered in our client's names.
Can I transfer my domain to you? Do you charge a fee?	Yes. You can transfer your domain to Just Hosting and we only charge for any extra years registration on that domain name. (that is what it costs us to do the transfer)
How much do domain names cost ?	See our domains page
Do you have any hidden charges?	No. Our prices are genuine and include the registrars fees, the prices you see are the prices you pay.
Do you provide a control panel to allow me to change the DNS settings ?	Yes, you will be advised of the login information when we setup your account.
Do you provide any support ?	Yes, we provide e-mail support on all questions relating to your account and the DNS settings.
Do you provide a commercial/Vat invoice ?	Yes, we e-mail you an invoice in PDF format, where required this includes Vat.
How long does it take to set-up the account ?	Normally it takes a couple of hours to set-up the account and register the domain name, but it can take between 6 and 48 hours for the DNS settings to propagate around the world.
Who looks after the DNS settings ?	Once we have setup the major settings to get your administrators account & DNS settings up and running, you are in full control of the settings using the on-line control panel, which has a full on-line help system.
If I register a domain can I park it with you until I require it ?	Yes

Do you provide any support ?	Yes, we provide e-mail support on all questions relating to you account but not relating to Web site design or scripts.
Do I get an e-mail address with my hosting package ?	Yes, You are able to have e-mail such as info@yourdomain.com or joe@ourdomain.com

Can I have more than one domain name pointing to my web site & account ?	Yes, just register the domain with us, let us know the account information and we will do the rest.
Can I transfer the registration from my existing registrar ? Do you charge for this transfer ?	Yes, we do not charge a transfer fee, but we do need to extend the registration by 1 year and we do charge for this extension (this is what it costs us), you also need to check that you existing registrar does not charge a transfer fee.
What will be my e-mail, web site and domain settings	POP/IMAP server mail.yourdomain.com SMTP server mail.yourdomain.com Web site address www.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.com (both will work) ftp server ftp.yourdomain.com Control panel ensim.yourdomain.com But you will be advised of the full information in the email we send you when your account is setup.
What type of servers are you running ?	Our servers are powerful RedHat Linux servers all with Apache web server, which means they are very fast and very reliable. We achieve in excess of 99.9% uptime
Do you host adult or pornographic related sites ?	No! We do not allow adult material of any kind on our servers, anyone who uses their account to host pornographic material will have their account suspended with NO refunds !
Do Just Servers put adverts on my website ?	No We never place any adverts on any of our customers hosting packages
How can I pay for my hosting account ?	We accept the following Debit and Credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo. We also accept cheques or postal order payments, but obviously we have to wait for these to clear before we can provide you with your products or services. We also accept payments by Paypal in £, $ or €
Do you provide any web site design help ?	No Unless it is a problem relating to our systems.
How do I upload files to my web site ?	Files can be transferred to the web server using an FTP program (File Transfer Protocol), such as Cute FTP, or FTP explorer. Or using FrontPage.
What should I call my homepage ?	It is always recommended that you call your homepage index.html This way your homepage will automatically be loaded when someone visits your web site.
Do you provide FREE Internet access ?	Yes we do to our customers, please e-mail isp@just-hosting.net for full details.
Do you charge to transfer to another registrar ?	No, as long as you do not owe us money we will transfer it without any extra charge.
Can I use the system to send SPAM ?	NO, anyone who uses their account to send Spam will have their account suspended with NO refunds !
What are my FTP settings ?	You will be advised of these when the account is set-up, but normally these are ftp.yourdomain.com
