Ordering from Just Servers Once you have ordered a system from us, we will ask you to fill in a questionnaire. This can be downloaded from our web site, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us. This will allow us to configure and test the server before shipping it to you. All you will need to do will be to plug it into the mains, the network and the internet connection. You will then have to configure your Workstations/PC's to talk to the server, we will send you an easy set of instructions for this when we ship the server. During the actual server installation time, then we will be available on the telephone to help with any unforeseen questions, assuming these occur during normal office hours. (9.00am to 5.00pm) Following the installation we will provide E-mail support, and telephone support at £40 +vat (UK pounds) per hour (or part thereof), pre-paid, contact sales@just-servers.co.uk for details or we offer 2 annual support contracts see our support pages for details of the packages or the system specification pages for costs on the required server. We can arrange for a 3 year national on-site cover for the
hardware if you wish see the system specification pages for this cost. We currently are building an on-line shop, until this is available you can order using the following method:- Please use the order form at the bottom of each product specification page and we will build the system to order and e-mail you an invoice along with full payment details when the order is complete, both payment methods are via secure payment servers and these accept most credit/debit cards. Upon receipt of your payment your order will be dispatched by next working day courier. We use the following Secure Online payment servers:-
