Installation 30 day support (Support package 1):-

    This covers getting the system installed and configured, for initial set-up.

E-mail operating system support agreements (Support package2) :-

  • 1, 2, and 3-Year Agreements available.
  • Max 4 hour response time.
  • 1-Hour response upgrade available.
  • 1, 2, and 3 Years 24/7 Internet access to our knowledgebase system.
  • 9 am. to 5 pm., Monday - Friday **
  • Unlimited e-mail requests.
  • All e-mail requests tracked & recorded/acknowledged.
  • Advice of update availability as the updates become available to us.
  • Multiple & Single Server Agreements
