Our RedHat based systems are administrated using a graphical interface to setup/configure the system features thus making the onsite setup/support easier to the point where in most cases no Linux experience is required. See www.webmin.com for details of the administration tool, this is normally configured to use "ssl" therefore making the administration process secure.
